Because we have loved deeply and fully

We can grieve deeply and fully.

You don’t have to do this alone.

When we find ourselves experiencing a loss we may feel alone, isolated and that life has no meaning. The loss may be a death of a loved one, miscarriage, death of a pet, loss of a job, or the loss of a relationship.

As humans we are not meant to navigate the river of grief alone. We are a part of common humanity we are human beings, who need each others, care and support.

As a grief counselor I will be here to companion you on this journey. To listen deeply to your story, witness your pain with empathy, kindness and compassion and be with you as you find meaning in life.

My experience as a mindfulness educator as well was a grief counselor give me the skills/tools to help you feel the pain and move through the emotions with kindness and compassion for yourself. I will be with you on this journey and hold the space to explore and move through the emotions.

“Accepting grief as a way to honor loss can help us open into a more intimate and heartfelt union with life itself.”
